Tamobila vs CRSapp
CRSapp is the established option in Morocco. We're the new one. Here's the honest head-to-head — pricing, features, who each one is right for.
If you're a car-rental agency in Morocco looking to leave paper behind, CRSapp is probably the first name a peer will mention. They've been around the longest. We're newer. This is the comparison we'd want to read if we were the one signing.
No marketing voice. Just what changes between the two.

Where CRSapp is strong
Years on the market. Procedures that mirror how a fifteen-year agency already works on paper, digitised cleanly. If you have a workflow that works and you want the exact same workflow with a screen on top, they're the safe pick. Their sales team will sit in your office and walk through it.
That maturity has a cost. The product hasn't changed much in three years, and it shows: no public pricing, French-only UI (no Arabic for the counter, no EN/ES/DE for the tourist), no built-in WhatsApp, OCR sits behind an add-on. The features that decide modern deposit disputes — photos, OCR, cross-agency blacklist — are either manual or extra.
Where we're different
Three deliberate choices:
- Per-car pricing, no seat math. Hiring a counter staffer doesn't raise your bill. Selling a car drops it next month. The bill tracks revenue, not headcount. (Why we charge per car)
- Cross-agency blacklist. A customer refused at one agency this morning can't walk into another tonight without your counter seeing the flag. Single-agency blacklists don't catch this; ours do.
- Photos, OCR, WhatsApp included. The features that win disputes and reduce no-shows ship in the base plan — Free tier up. Not an upsell. (Stop losing deposit disputes)
The price, side by side
Year-1 introductory pricing — set below the established Moroccan options on purpose. We're new; the way to earn an agency's trust is to take the financial risk off their side of the table.
| Plan | Tamobila Y1 | CRSapp equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Starter (3 cars) | 99 MAD/mo | ~250 MAD/mo on quote |
| Pro (6 cars) | 199 MAD/mo | ~450 MAD/mo + OCR add-on |
| Scale (100 cars) | 349 MAD/mo | Quote — typically 4-figure |
Extra cars: 35 MAD/month, removed the day the car leaves the fleet. Year 2 reverts to the published list (150/300/500 MAD) — no surprise hike, we mail you a month before, and the post-intro price is what was on the page the day you signed.
Who CRSapp is right for — honestly
A long-running agency with a paper process that already works, a team trained on it, and no plan to expose the booking flow on a phone. CRSapp will digitise that cleanly and the migration cost is bearable because the workflow doesn't change.
Who we're right for
An agency that wants Arabic + French at the counter, photos on every check-in, a deposit-dispute trail that closes itself, WhatsApp confirmations the staff don't have to type, and a bill that drops when they sell a car. For year one, at a price below what CRSapp charges for less.
We migrate the first 50 contracts for free. If you want to see the actual app on your own cars, the Free plan covers one car with no card up front — try the contract flow on a live rental this week.
The cars do the talking. The pricing page just has to get out of the way.
