Tamobila vs Geniparc

Geniparc bills annually and ships a native mobile app. We bill monthly, ship our own native app, and add photos, OCR, WhatsApp and 8 languages on top. Honest comparison.

Tamobila vs Geniparc

Geniparc is a Moroccan car-rental tool with annual billing from 3 500 MAD/year and a native iOS + Android app. We bill monthly, per car, and ship the same native app — with the customer-facing workflow they don't have (photos, OCR, WhatsApp, cross-agency blacklist, 8-language UI) baked into it.

Side by side, written for an agency choosing between the two.

Geniparc prices are annual HT at 2026-06-01. The monthly equivalent assumes flat 12-month billing.

Where Geniparc is strong

Both of us ship a real native iOS + Android app — counter staff work on phones all day and native shells beat responsive-web on camera latency, push notifications and offline drafts. Geniparc was one of the first Moroccan options to ship one; we ship the same shape, with the full management surface (pickup, return, photos, signature, document scan, contracts, customer file, notifications) inside it.

The annual billing model and the long-form maintenance / encours screens are concrete things they emphasise — and worth checking against your workflow if your books run on a yearly cycle.

Where it gets thin: no signature on the phone, no OCR, no guided photo inspection, no WhatsApp, French-only UI, no cross-agency blacklist. Three pricing tiers with identical features — only the price differs, which is suspicious enough to ask about before signing. Annual billing locks you in for a year up front.

Where we're different

Three choices:

  1. Monthly per-car billing. Try it for a month. Drop it after a month. Add a car this month, remove it next month — the bill follows. Annual lock-in is the wrong shape for a fleet that changes mid-year. (Why we charge per car)
  2. The customer-facing workflow ships first. Phone signature, 8-photo inspection (here), licence OCR, WhatsApp confirmations, cross-agency blacklist, 8-language UI (FR, AR, EN, ES, DE, IT, PT, NL) — all in the base plan from Free up.
  3. Forecast & ROI per car, not "revenue stats" — utilisation per car, RevPAD, cost per kilometre, per-car lifetime curve.

Both of us ship a native operator app — that's parity, not a Geniparc advantage.

The price, side by side

Plan Tamobila Y1 Geniparc equivalent
Starter (3 cars) 99 MAD/mo (1 188/yr) 3 500 MAD/yr (Standard)
Pro (6 cars + analytics) 199 MAD/mo (2 388/yr) 5 000 MAD/yr (Pro, no analytics)
Scale (100 cars) 349 MAD/mo (4 188/yr) 7 500 MAD/yr (VIP)

At every tier our annualised cost is less than half of Geniparc, and you're not locked in for 12 months. Extra cars: 35 MAD/month, removed when the car leaves the fleet. Year 2 reverts to the published list (150/300/500 MAD).

Who Geniparc is right for — honestly

A single-branch agency that prefers annual billing on a yearly cycle, already trains its staff on the Geniparc app, and runs in French at the counter without the photo / OCR / WhatsApp layer. The annual commitment is the trade-off.

Who we're right for

Almost every other agency: photos, OCR, signature, WhatsApp, cross-agency blacklist, analytics, 8-language UI — all monthly, no annual lock-in, at less than half the annualised cost. Free plan, one car, no card. We migrate the first 50 contracts for free.

The cars do the talking. The pricing page just has to get out of the way.
